2. Overview
The intelligent lighting controller for street lamps is a new generation of wireless remote intelligent lighting controller independently developed, designed, and produced by iTech. This product is based on GPRS/3G/4G wireless communication technology and cloud platform technology. In areas with network signal coverage, users can use mobile client software and computer client software to remotely control and monitor the controller at any time. It comes with three time schemes: date and time scheme, weekly scheme, and latitude and longitude scheme. Users can choose any time scheme for timed control, and it also supports automatic control of light intensity through external light intensity sensors. The controller comes with a 7.0/3.5-inch color LCD touch screen, which does not require any mechanical buttons. Users can enter various menus by clicking on the touch screen. The operation is convenient, simple, and smooth, which is very conducive to on-site personnel operation and debugging. At present, intelligent lighting controllers for street lamps have been widely used in various lighting projects such as municipal street lamps, garden street lamps, port terminals, railway freight yards, urban squares, science and technology parks, and port terminals.

The intelligent lighting controller is developed and produced based on cutting-edge technologies such as computer technology, communication technology, and automation technology. ◇ Ultra high precision (extended functionality)
High precision current and voltage calibration equipment was used to calibrate the acquisition circuit of the controller, and the accuracy of voltage, current, power and other electrical parameters was 0.5 level, with an acquisition error of ≤ 0.5%. The ultra high precision voltage and current acquisition circuit provides users with accurate monitoring of the status of lighting fixtures and precise statistics of electrical parameters to safeguard them.

It adopts a 7.0-inch full-color LCD touch screen, with comfortable display effect, smooth touch experience, rich menu interface, beautiful and atmospheric appearance, which can to some extent free the staff from the heavy on-site operation labor.

The product adopts circuit design technologies such as anti reverse connection, anti overvoltage, anti current, and optocoupler isolation, which can withstand harsh on-site environmental tests and repeated operation and debugging by on-site personnel. ◇ High stability
All controllers are made of imported industrial grade chips and components, which have undergone over 48 hours of aging testing before leaving the factory. They can operate continuously without faults for tens of thousands of hours in harsh environments ranging from -20 ℃ to+70 ℃.
◇ Flexible communication methods
Support wireless remote control and wired remote control, users can freely choose one according to the network environment. When using wireless remote control, the controller can be connected to the cloud platform by inserting a GPRS SIM card to achieve remote control and monitoring; Using a wired controller, the controller can be connected to the cloud platform through a 485 interface and serial server to achieve remote control and monitoring.

◇ Digital switch output
Output characteristics: 1-31 outputs, one set normally open, rated load. 250VAC/7A. Support local circuit switch operation and remote circuit switch operation.
◇ Digital switch input
Input characteristics: 1-31 inputs, passive dry contacts, normally open. Support contactor engagement status detection, alarm for inconsistent input and output status, and alarm for turning on lights during the day and turning off lights at night.
Input dry node signal closure alarm, which can be used as illegal door opening alarm, electronic fence alarm, etc.
◇ Multiple timed controls
The product has three built-in time schemes: date and time scheme, weekly scheme, and latitude and longitude scheme. Users can choose any time scheme for timing control.
◇ Electricity collection (extended function)
The product is equipped with built-in acquisition circuits such as voltage transformers, current transformers, and electric meter chips, which can directly collect parameters such as three-phase voltage, current, and power;
◇ Local human-machine interface operation
Equipped with a 3.5-inch color LCD screen and no mechanical buttons, users can smoothly perform local light on/off operations, local timing scheme settings, device status parameter queries, and configurations by entering various menus.
◇ RS485 interface function
The product supports an external 485 interface illuminance sensor, which can collect real-time illuminance values. The controller can achieve full on, half on, and full off according to natural ambient light.
The product supports the reading of DLT-64507 protocol electric meters with an external 485 interface, which can read the total electrical energy. (Extended Functions)
◇ Network timing function
The product supports network timing function, and the controller can periodically synchronize time with NTP servers to achieve high-precision real-time clock.
