2. Overview
The intelligent energy-saving lighting controller is a high-performance product developed based on microprocessor technology and advanced modern power electronics technology. It can effectively reduce and limit voltage, extend the service life of lamps, reduce maintenance costs, and lower the workload of maintenance personnel. The energy-saving effect can reach 10% -35%, with low investment and quick results. The intelligent energy-saving lighting controller adopts comprehensive anti-interference and lightning protection technologies in software and hardware design, and fully considers the convenience of user use. The whole machine adopts an integrated design with a fully Chinese display interface, making operation simpler and more convenient. It is equipped with RS-485 interface, which can upload output voltage and current to the upper computer and achieve remote control. Compliant with EMC standards (GB/T13926.4-92), capable of long-term safe and reliable operation.
3. Energy saving principle
The technical solution adopted by our company is to directly convert the mains power into "AC-AC". The working process of the system is based on the lighting needs of the equipment working site. The control strategy adopts a hybrid control strategy of "light control+time control". The intelligent control software embedded in the control circuit adjusts the duty cycle of the PWM control signal, and then adjusts the voltage amplitude of the equipment output to achieve the required lighting intensity on site.
Due to the influence of electricity consumption periods, the domestic power grid generally experiences nighttime voltage issues, which are caused by high voltage in the latter half of the night. In addition, the lighting requirements are not high in the latter half of the night, resulting in increased power consumption for lighting. The JN-S series products can set the voltage reduction range according to actual requirements to limit the power supply of lighting fixtures within a reasonable working range. Thus achieving energy-saving effect, the normal energy-saving effect is expected to be over 30%. The voltage regulation method is controlled by thyristor electronic voltage regulation, using IGBT voltage regulation, with no harmonic output and complete waveform distortion.
Four voltage periods can be set, each with different types of lighting fixtures, to meet the characteristics and lighting requirements of different lighting fixtures. The voltage reduction amplitude can be set separately to better balance the requirements of energy conservation and lighting.
4. Energy saving lighting function
