The voltage varies greatly across the country, so when designing various types of lamps, in order to ensure that they can start and emit light normally under different conditions, their design voltage is generally lower than the standard phase voltage of 220V; However, in order to facilitate the transmission of electrical energy, the power system often increases the transmission voltage, resulting in higher actual working voltage of lighting fixtures. These excess voltages not only fail to make the lighting fixtures work more efficiently, but also have two major negative effects: wasting electrical energy and shortening the lifespan of the lighting fixtures. In response to the fatal flaw of existing lighting circuits, the TY Koukou · Koukou series lighting intelligent energy-saving system optimizes the input voltage of the power supply system through electromagnetic induction. It uses AC-AC direct conversion technology to adjust the voltage, and the voltage output to the lighting load is the value of the lamp design voltage. This not only saves electricity, but also extends the life of the lamp, while ensuring the triple purpose required by lighting standards.
According to the basic principle of electrician P=U2/R, assuming the voltage applied to the lamp is U and the impedance of the light is set as a constant resistor R, the power consumed by it at the original voltage UO is PO. According to a large number of experimental results, it has been shown that for every 10% decrease in power supply voltage, the illuminance of fluorescent lamps only decreases by about 7%, while the human eye's perception of light follows a logarithmic relationship: that is, when the illuminance decreases by 10%, the visual perception brightness of humans only decreases by 1%. Therefore, reducing the input power of lamps reasonably can produce a slight change in illuminance that is almost imperceptible to the human eye, but it has positive significance in extending the life of lamps and reducing maintenance costs.

4. Principle and Effect

The control strategy adopts a hybrid control strategy of light control and time control. The intelligent control software embedded in the control circuit adjusts the duty cycle of the PWM control signal, and then adjusts the voltage amplitude of the equipment output to achieve the required lighting intensity according to the site.

7. Product selection
To ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment, users should choose this series of products based on the actual current used in the bypass. When the device detects that the output current is greater than the rated current value during operation, it will alarm and automatically exit the working (energy-saving) state until the operating current returns to normal and restarts to resume normal operation.
For example, a single-phase device with a rated current of 100A has a rated operating voltage of 220V, a rated operating current of 100A, and a rated capacity of 22KVA. If the power factor of the load is 0.92, its load capacity is 22 * 0.92=20.24KW. However, if the power factor of the load is 0.5, its load capacity decreases to 11kW.
