1. Overview
The distributed intelligent monitoring terminal developed by our company has stronger temperature adaptability, and the test runs well in a temperature environment of minus 40 degrees Celsius. In order to improve reliability, IC sockets are avoided as much as possible, and the original relays are discarded on the analog acquisition channel. The sampling analog switch IC is made of military grade materials. The overall size is more compact and lightweight, supporting multiple methods such as GPRS/cDPD/GSM/wireless data transmission radio, fully retaining the performance advantages of the original model, reducing the number of channels, and avoiding the waste of redundant channels and equipment investment. The measurement channel input of the intelligent monitor has complete protection functions, ensuring that various measurement signals can be safely and conveniently connected to the system, reducing the design requirements for the measurement system, simplifying system design, and improving reliability. The intelligent monitor measurement circuit adopts zero and full degree automatic calibration technology to automatically eliminate the influence of uncertain factors such as time drift and temperature drift caused by components on the measurement system, and improve the accuracy of system measurement.
◇ Strong adaptability: It can flexibly define the upper and lower limits of alarm levels and channel multiplication factors.
Good safety: All signal channels are completely isolated, and signals are introduced through dual lines. Each AC voltage input channel can withstand a voltage of 300V (effective value) without permanent damage; Can withstand 1000V instantaneous pulses without damage. The power supply has polarity protection.
◇ (Extended Function) High Accuracy: The motherboard comes with three AC monitoring channels: three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power count, total power, etc. The accuracy of analog quantities can reach 0.2%.

Equipped with RS485 expansion interface, it can expand multiple types of measurement control boards (analog measurement board, switch input board, control board, etc.), greatly increasing the number of measurement channels. It can also be extended to smart devices with RS485 interfaces, such as smart transmitters, smart meters, smart energy-saving devices, etc.
Strong applicability of network communication: In the commonly used GPRS networking mode, there are two modes to choose from: "fixed IP" and "domain name resolution", and the network address type can be selected according to the monitoring scale.

Supports two GPRS communication methods: fixed IP address and domain name resolution; (Extended function) Use a dedicated electricity meter chip to measure various voltages and currents, and calculate parameters such as active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, and electrical energy. There are usually three methods for measuring electrical energy,
Method 1: Use parameters such as voltage, current, and power factor to accumulate on time. (Extended Functions)
Method 2: Use the pulse counting interface of the energy meter to count the number of pulses and calculate the energy value.
Method 3: Read the serial interface data of the smart meter to obtain the energy value. Users can choose any of the above energy statistics methods according to their needs;
Support remote control and timed working mode, which will be described in detail in the next section;
Support GSM short message transmission mode, using SMS standard AT command set protocol;
Support GPRS transmission mode, using the GPRS MODEM standard AT command set protocol;
Support the expansion of smart devices with RS485 interfaces;
◇ Analog alarm limits can be set to determine the alarm situation and report the alarm based on the alarm limits. After power loss, the alarm limits will still be saved in the monitor and will not be lost. They will automatically take effect when a call is received; ◇ Can record historical alarm data;

There are two domain names to choose from: the main domain name and the debugging city name. The debugging domain name is used for debugging, and after debugging is normal, switch to the main domain name to run;
On the basis of remote latitude and longitude time control and ordinary timing control, it supports local latitude and longitude time control, latitude and longitude light control, light control, and manual control;
If the communication system or equipment fails and cannot be remotely controlled, it will automatically switch to local latitude and longitude time control without affecting the switch.
